Thursday  
9 a.m Gate opens for Hoot Check-in
9 a.m. until 10 p.m. Arrival & Set Up & Free time (folks usually sit around in the evening and make music, talk and have fun).
midnight until 8 a.m. Quiet time. If you want/need to stay up all night, please adjourn to the stage so you don't disturb those who need their rest in order to be civilized human beings the next day.
Friday  
8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Coffee & Tea at the Camp Kitchen -- for those who didn't stay up all night at the stage
8 a.m. Gate opens for Hoot Check-in
9 a.m. - 10 workshop
10 a.m. -- 11 workshop
11 a.m.--noon    workshop
12 noon -- 1 Lunch Break
1 p.m. -- 2 p.m. workshop
2 p.m. -- 3 p.m. 12-Step Meeting at the Fire Pit on the Point
2 p.m. -- 3 p.m. workshop
3 p.m. -- 5 p.m. Free time / put something together for the potluck or bring your instruments to the stage for informal practice or entertainment.
5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Potluck starts around 5 p.m. at the kitchen (Musicians are welcomed at the fan bank or kitchen)
6 p.m. -- 9 p.m. Hoe-down "Hoot 'n' Any" at Dancing Point (this is a time for everyone to play together or perform in a round robin (if we have rain, we will move this to the fan bank)
9 p.m. -- midnight Drumming & Dancing at the Fire Circle on Dancing Point

Saturday  
8 a.m. -- 10 a.m. Coffee & Tea at the camp kitchen -- for those who didn't stay up all night
8 a.m. Gate opens for Hoot Check-ins
9 a.m. workshop
10 a.m. -- 11 workshop
11 a.m. -- noon workshop
12 noon -- 1 Lunch Break
1 p.m. -- 2 p.m. workshop
2 p.m. -- 3 p.m. Mead Competition at the fan bank
2 p.m. -- 3 p.m. 12-Step Meeting at the Fire Pit on the Point
3 p.m. -- 4:30 p.m. Free time / prepare for Ritual or entertain the cooks with song and story (sort of singing for your supper)
4:00 p.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Ritual Celebration at the Ritual Circle (Top of Dancing Point)
5:30 p.m. -- 6 Cheap Dinner Theatre and Announcements -- at the fan bank
6 p.m. -- 7 p.m. Stone Soup Community Supper -- near the fan bank (bowls and spoons provided)
7 p.m. -- 9 p.m. Hoot-n-Any at Dancing Point -- bring your instruments and come join in the fun.
9 p.m. -- Midnight Drumming & Dancing at the Fire Circle on Dancing Point

Sunday  
8 a.m. -- 9 a.m. Coffee/Tea at the Camp Kitchen
8 a.m. -- noon Packing up, tearful goodbyes, many hugs...
12 noon Final clean up and policing of grounds. Anyone who can stay and help us make sure the place is in better shape than when we arrived is heartily welcomed. Please deposit all trash from your campsite in the trash receptacles at the bath house. Do not leave trash in the fire rings.

Now, just so you remember, this is a Pagan event... we are not corporate executives... or military drill sergeants... (well most of us aren't)... this schedule is tentative and is subject to change.
